Mr. Andra Reinhard Pasaribu has completed his legal studies at one of the Leading University in Indonesia. Following the attainment of his Bachelor Of Laws degree, having built a distinguished career as an advocate, he subsequently founded his own law firm, ARP LAW OFFICE.

As the Managing Partner of ARP LAW OFFICE, Andra Pasaribu specializes in Receiver and Bankruptcy Management.

He is duly licensed by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI/Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia) and the Association of Indonesia Receiver and Administrator (AKPI/Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia).

Mr. Alex Argo Hernowo obtained a Master of Laws from University of Trisakti, Jakarta and received a fellowship as a Justice Makers from the International Bridges to Justice in 2012.

Since commencing his legal career in 2009, he has focused his practice on Criminal Law before joining ARP LAW OFFICE. He has expertise in civil and criminal litigation, constitutional law, labor and employment, as well as human rights. On various occasions, he has been invited as a guest lecturer in Criminal Law at several Law School in Jakarta, and co-author of the restatement of “Undang-Undang Anti Korupsi” Book, which is widely regarded as a highly recommended book in its field.
