Mr Andra Reinhard Pasaribu holds an LLB from University of Trisakti, Jakarta and received fellowship as Justice Makers from International Bridges to Justice in 2012.
Since 2009, he has been working as a public criminal lawyer before joining ARP & co. He has expertise in civil and criminal litigation, constitutional law, labor and employment, as well as human rights. In some occasions, he was invited as a guest lecturer for Criminal Law subject in several Law School in Jakarta, and co-author for restatement in Anti Corruption Law Book, which acknowledge as a highly recommended book in its field.

Mr Ferry Gustaf Panggabean received his Bachelor of Laws majoring in Private Law from University of North Sumatera in 2002. Ferry Gustaf counsel of ARP & Co Law Office. He has advised domestic and International Companies on issues relating Company Law, Banking and Finance, Capital Market, Commercial Dispute and expecially has represented lenders and companies in Suspension of Payment (PKPU) processes as well as out-of-court settlements and bankruptcy proceedings. He is admitted to Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI/Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia) since 2007, admitting him to practice throughout Indonesia.
He is a member of Association of Indonesia Receiver and Administrator (AKPI/Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia) since 2011 and a member Association of Capital Market Legal Consultant (HKHPM/Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal) since 2019. He also hold license to practice as Receiver and Administrator of Bankruptcy and Suspension of Payment from Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Menteri Hukum dan Hak Azasi Manusia Republik Indonesia) since 2011 and hold license to practice as Capital Market Legal Consultant from Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK/Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) since 2019.
