Jakarta, Nusantaratv.com – The trial of the debt payment obligation postponement (PKPU) case of the Indosurya Cipta Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) with the agenda of discussing the peace proposal, at the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, Monday (29/6/2020) was postponed.
The delay occurred because the proposal submitted at today’s hearing was considered different by the creditors, especially regarding the date.
The legal team of the KSP Indosurya Cipta Victims Alliance (AKI), Andra Reinhard Pasaribu, admitted that there were slight differences between the proposal dated June 12 that was previously submitted to creditors some time ago, and the one read out during the hearing on June 29, 2020.
